Applies to courses, studies, retreats, and coaching with NLPhoenix, PhoenixRise AS.
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before reserving your place.

Information Accepted Upon Booking Retreat
- Changes to the program may occur.
- Apart from breakfast, all food and drinks are at your own expense.
- Transport to and from the retreat is arranged individually.
- Cancellations must be made no later than three months prior to departure.
- For cancellations prior to this date, the deposit will not be refunded, and for cancellations less than three months prior to departure, no refunds will be issued.
- This is not a group trip, and PhoenixRise AS is not a travel agency. PhoenixRise AS is not a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund. Please ensure you have valid travel insurance.
- In the event of airline strikes, cancellations, natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, or similar force majeure situations, PhoenixRise AS cannot be held responsible.

1. Contracting Parties
This agreement regarding course participation is entered into between the course participant and PhoenixRise AS.
2. Registration and Participation
Registration for courses and studies is binding. The signed agreement issued by The Society of NLP™ must be signed prior to course start to obtain a license certificate from The Society of NLP™ and NLPhoenix. A minimum of 90% attendance is required to receive a course certificate or certification. In the event of absence exceeding this threshold, individual follow-up or customized instruction may be offered at an additional cost.
3. Payment
Digital products are paid for upon ordering (Invoice/Klarna available). The tuition fee for studies must be paid in full no later than one month prior to the course start date, unless otherwise agreed. For registrations made earlier than one month prior to course start, a deposit of NOK 5,000 will be invoiced upon confirmation or once a sufficient number of participants has been reached. Paid amounts are non-refundable, but may be transferred to the next scheduled course upon documented need or medical certificate. The tuition fee must be paid in full regardless of whether the offered services are utilized. If a participant withdraws after the course start date or chooses not to take the examination, the fee remains payable in full.
4. Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies, requiring written cancellation within the deadline. The withdrawal form can be found here: Right_of_Withdrawal_Form.pdf It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation notice is received within the withdrawal period.
5. Illness
In case of illness, written notification and a valid medical certificate are required no later than 24 hours prior to course start in order to defer participation to the next equivalent course.
6. Default on Payment
Failure to pay will result in the loss of study rights and may lead to ordinary legal debt collection. Certificates and course documentation may be withheld in the event of outstanding balances.
7. Titles and Certification
Upon passing Level 1: The title “Licensed NLP Practitioner”. Upon passing Level 2: The title “Licensed NLP Master Practitioner”.
8. Delivery of Courses and Study Materials
Digital products are delivered immediately via the course portal. In the event of technical errors, please contact support for assistance and potential postponement or refund. Physical courses are held on the scheduled dates.
9. Reservations and Disclaimers
PhoenixRise AS reserves the right to amend terms and conditions, cancel courses due to low enrollment, adjust prices, and correct any errors in study materials. In the event of a cancellation made by PhoenixRise AS, the participant may choose between an alternative offer or a full refund.
10. Industry Standards and Respect
Participants are expected to comply with applicable rules and guidelines, as well as show respect for the field and industry. PhoenixRise AS and NLPhoenix adhere to the ethical guidelines established by The Society of NLP™.
11. Course Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation received more than two weeks prior to course start will be charged 50% of the course fee. For cancellations received later, the full fee will be charged.
