RETREAT 03-08 JUNI 2026
The experience takes place on the island of Serifos in Greece.
Flights and ferry tickets to Serifos are booked individually (the earlier you book, the better the price). The price includes: accommodation in a shared apartment (you can choose between two-, three-, or four-person apartments), simple breakfast each day, and activities.
A single apartment can be booked at an additional cost, subject to availability.
The complete activity program will be provided to registered participants by 01.04.2026, but on average there will be three activities each day.
The activities, offered in different variations, include:
- Yoga
- Mental training
- Strength training
- Pulse training
On this journey, you will have time for reflection, a sense of achievement, interaction with like-minded people, beautiful surroundings, the whisper of Greek history, sun and plenty of vitamin D, powerful tools to enhance your mental and physical health, and an energy boost that prepares you for the road ahead.

- Changes to the program may occur.
- Apart from breakfast, all food and drinks are at your own expense.
- Transport to and from the retreat is arranged individually.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 01.03.2026. For cancellations before this date, the deposit will not be refunded, and after 01.03.2026 no refunds will be issued.
- This is not a group trip, and PhoenixRise AS is not a travel agency.
- PhoenixRise AS is not a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund.
- Please ensure you have valid travel insurance.
- In the event of airline strikes, cancellations, natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, or similar force majeure situations, PhoenixRise AS cannot be held responsible.
